The description and pictures matched the delivered goods very well. The delivery was made very quickly after the order was placed. After writing to customer service, a small problem was quickly and obligingly resolved by them. I am now the satisfied owner of a beautiful new hat.

The straw hat was delivered in a box that was too small, so the hat arrived with a deformation due to the box being too small. For a first order, I was a little disappointed, so I don't plan to order from you again.

Completely satisfied with the choice, delivery times and service. A small problem with the hat returned because of a material problem, but I'll recommend it with confidence. It would be interesting to develop a hierarchical system of felt qualities that would make it possible to know what is the quality of the felt of the hat chosen.
