Personalized cap ordered with own logo. This was very poorly digitally redrawn. Poorly finished. Had to wait a long time. Not satisfied with the cap for that money it should be much better.

We discovered the store during a weekend in Annecy. We fell in love with it, and when we saw that there was a website, we were happy to be able to buy from a distance, with a huge selection to choose from. Fast, well-packaged delivery. I highly recommend it.

Delivery time was ok, but the wrong cap was delivered. Goods paid for when ordering, so the retailer had all the guarantees. Nevertheless, delayed return shipment, as I should have proven the wrong delivery by photo (?) - The burden of proof lies with the retailer Instead of regret, however, mistrust towards the buyer. Still waiting for replacement delivery - the process is dragging on like chewing gum. Weak.
