Size disparity at Stetson, but that's not Headict's fault. Headict is efficient at taking orders and shipping. I've yet to see how the return was processed.

The time from order to delivery is very short, and the shipping costs are very reasonable.
The caps arrived in a cardboard box the same height as the cap, so their shape wasn't damaged in transit, and that's a good point.
I haven't had any contact with customer service, so I can't comment on that.

Good quality goods, but in my case they didn't fit. The delivery service used by headict was unreliable - incorrect information about delivery times, I then had to collect the parcel myself from a remote parcel store. Returning goods is also a bit cumbersome and has to be borne and tracked by the customer, as headict does not provide a guarantee.

This is the only site where I was able to find what I'd been looking for for over 3 months without success. Reasonable price and shipping costs, and even faster shipping than advertised on the site.
Official Toronto raptors NBA hat on sale on very expensive US sites and exorbitant shipping costs for Europe.

Hello,I'm sorry it's not mentioned in your product description and photos that the inside of the Chapka is not stuffed with real rabbit like the rest.does this exist?I'm not knowledgeable enough on the subject...lol please tell me.Otherwise, the product is superb and warm....
