Very well done site. As my order had not been received after 12 days (the maximum time indicated was 10 days), I sent an e-mail to ask about my delivery. Customer service replied the next day explaining the problem and was able to send me my order within 2/3 days. They were very reactive, taking into account my problem and solving it quickly. Choice is plentiful, it must be said. Ordering online was difficult because of that. Still did and the choice turned out well. Size apparently went well because the cap fits. Ordering itself no problem, only the delivery takes more than a week and that's quite long for 2021. But 4 out of 5 is certainly to be appreciated.

My advice -> better track and trace. I got 2 times a mail regarding the delivery of the caps only it is never updated... I only see now the post nl mail which says the caps will be delivered today. Order 28 may delivery 8 june that is 10 days. Product is fine and if you have any questions regarding the delivery they respond quickly -> fine. Gr, Rob
