Classic New Era cap but too short around the ears (women's size?). I don't like the personalized embroidery at all. The finish of the embroidered letters looks rather cheap.

Well, I've ordered 3 basques, summer basques mind you, but I'll get to that. Black, red and beige. The quality is very good, they fit perfectly, a tad bigger would be good, but still great. But, and here's the reason why I wouldn't order them again, they're not washable. I can't understand a summer basque in beige that you can't wash.

the quality of the cotton is nowhere near that of the bandanas of 20-30-40 years ago The cotton is of medium thickness, loosely woven. it feels rather rough to the touch (even after machine washing and drying) I would have preferred to pay more and have the bandanas in a softer, more tightly woven cotton, like a pocket handkerchief.

Great product, good quality. A little expensive, but the delivery by the post office sucks! The letter carrier placed the parcel with the wrong person. It would be a good idea to use a private service which would be much faster and more efficient (TNT, DHL, UPS).

Already ordered 3 times a personalized snapback with 3D embroidery and very satisfied. So that was the reason I wanted it again now but unfortunately I got a normal embroidered snapback. Can you indicate this in the webshop because the reason I order from you is precisely because I wanted it 3D embroidered.

Hello, Thank you for your order. As indicated by email: New Era inserts a cardboard backing behind the back of the cap to hold the front of the cap in place during packaging. This means that the sweatband will drop during packing. However, it will return to its normal shape after being worn several times. Kind regards, The Headict team

Hello, I'm very happy with the quality of my personalized cap. The 3D embroidery is more olive green than khaki, but the result is very nice! However, I have the feeling that the cap is slightly too small. I'm fastening it on the last point of attachment, whereas I usually use 3 or 4 points. Is it a head circumference defect or does it run small? Or maybe I've just got a big head!
