Hello The products are correct and the delivery was on time. But I found a pity not to have a box or at least a pocket for each cap. For gifts and for caps different from each other it would have been more commercial I think. Otherwise good service.

Perfect delivery. However, I'm rather disappointed with the product. The hat itself is fine, but the embroidery is rather crude and twisted on some of the letters... it's a real shame.

As far as the quality of the product is concerned, I am very satisfied. The handling (order acceptance, processing and the accompanying information) was very good. From a logistical point of view, my opinion of your service provider DPD is a complete disaster and impertinence. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that you change your service provider (parcel service). MFG Hubert Sporrer

I've tested the "custom" made-to-measure products, the rendering is good and the quality of the products excellent. However, I was particularly disappointed to receive a "children's size" cap when no size selection was possible.

Hello and thank you for your comment. We confirm that a selection of sizes is available and the cap selected is in the "CHILDREN" category of the personalization module. Hello, Following an order for a cap and a bonnet I am delighted with my cap. But the bonnet I did not expect to have this type of material Despite the engraving is beautiful I am disappointed not to have had precision on the type of material I will continue in spite of that to order and customize items from you.
