Unfortunately, my first choice was first ordered by me in the wrong size. Unfortunately, the right size was no longer available. Made another choice and that went fine. Was handled well and delivered quickly. Maybe the hat is even better than the first choice. Many thanks

Please never use DPD as a shipper in Germany again. A complete mess. Delivery took a week after the first announcement. You are lied to and put off. Even if it's not your fault, it's your shipper's fault

I ordered a panama model woman according to The photo there was a small logo which I liked very much unfortunately the photo was not contractual and the new model did not include it.... Otherwise the product is beautiful and fast delivery.

I bought two hats, the first ( Panama Christys) is very very good there I am very satisfied, the second (Modissima Harvey Beaver) clearly has some visible defects in the felt ( dark, hollow, dots). Communication is good but I got emails in English to Dear without last name, Does not seem nice. All in all I am satisfied and will buy again.

Two experiences buying from you were good, first better than second.Products are good and I will buy in future.BUT.The delivery of the second parcel was problematic, customer service needs a 0800 number.When you answer an email don't write Dear not followed by the customer's nameSecond hat has small but visible felt defects on the underside & a tight fit, the first one is perfect Improve plz.

Of the two hats I bought, I'm delighted with the stetson, but a little disappointed with the second one I bought for myself because it was a one-size-fits-all which is actually much too small for me (I'm a size 58). It would be better to say that one size fits most (56 or 57). Pleased with the delivery though.

the hat I bought was sized and labeled size 56/57 so the one if was a little tight because I'm a 57 of head circumference I still kept it but disappointed because it is a little tight, it will have to be reviewed in the future to keep my customers but given the price CDT
