hello, the service is generally good. the only problem I'd have is with the site, at the time of selection: for example, I didn't understand that the cap I was choosing was a rain cap, which led to some disappointment on arrival. I ordered an item at the beginning of December but it didn't arrive (distribution problem), so I had to call Headict again to get a replacement. In conclusion, customer service is a little slow to react to problems, but otherwise the item is perfect.

I was surprised that I ordered from a .nl and the follow-up page was all in french, fortunately the page was translatable. Shipping was extremely fast. Nice quality of the product. I will place another order soon and will not fill the review again after that.

The Barts hats I ordered are fine, but I'm extremely disappointed by the personalized cap. It looks really cheap. The finish is not nice and the final result is not good enough.
