Disadvantage is, return address is France, and return shipping preferably by registered mail. An item can always turn out to be larger or smaller, so there is a fair chance that something has to be sent back. That makes it less interesting in terms of cost to order something again.

I had a problem ordering my personal caps due to incorrect settings in the personalization software and in the end I have no commercial proposal to rectify the error other than to return the caps and pay the difference. I don't find this very commercial and professional.

I'm always satisfied with the quality of the products and the delivery. What would be really cool, if not urgent to improve, are the photos. It's impossible to really see the face of a cap or hat with photoshop presentations, and we're sometimes disappointed when we get the product back. Please take real photos, and why not even a mini video with a 360°, like on many sites.

The item which I ordered was delivered within a few days. However, because the size did not fit correctly I returned the article. That procedure resulted in high shipping costs and the package had to be sent to France by registered mail with Track and Trace code. The return communication was in English, the payment is still pending.

Hello, I'm a little disappointed with the quality of one of the caps, in terms of the fabrics used and the finish. I don't know if it's because it's made in china, but I own 4 "Stetson" caps and it's the first time I've had a "made in china" cap. The others were made either in Germany or Bulgaria and are of much better quality.
