Ordered on 28.06.23, still not here today (19.07.23) - with an announced delivery time of 4 to 5 days!!!! No answer to an inquiry e-mail from 11.07.23 until today, but have already received 4 or 5 advertising e-mails since then. The shipping company Chronopost (DPD France) is a disaster: parts of the website do not work or are only available in French (otherwise English can also be selected).

There is no telling where my order ended up. The location it should have been sent to is full of scaffolding and know nothing at all about such a package having been delivered. Ordered 2 personalized caps for almost 100, the quality is OK but the caps I received were too small, like junior models compared to New Era or others. Customer service wouldn't listen, referring me to the terms and conditions because there are no exchanges or refunds on personalized items.
