Goods ordered on 30/04 and received on 30/05. Apparently there was a manufacturing problem in the workshops. I was refunded 20 of the total amount of my order.

We did forget the embroidery on the back of the caps, and were able to make up for this immediately. Deadlines were met, however, and with 11 different centers to order, it took a month to personalize each product.
