The problem is that the image you get when you choose the product on the website does not correspond to the final product. I received a black and orange FLUO cap... I thought it was a normal orange. Also, the visor is short. I'm satisfied with the delivery but disappointed by the big difference between the product and the site.

The work on the cap is well done, the delivery in its fabric pocket fantastic and fast. I would have thought that the embroidery would be much thicker and more opaque than this. If it's feasible in terms of cost and technique, think about canvas caps, as the wool look doesn't make the cap look elegant, or even "worn" I think.

According to your track and trace system, my package arrived at the distribution center in Amsterdam on 12-04-17. It is now 18-04-17 and still I have not received my package.So far the delivery of the hat is very poor. An excuse regarding weekend and or easter is out of the question, because well before that I should have had my hat a long time ago.

Quick delivery. Cap well protected. The only problem is that the cap has creases and on linen. I'm thinking of trying to redo its original creases with the use of a patte mouille to remove wrinkles as well. Hopefully everything will be back to normal.
