Nice website with lots of choice, however the cap I received was very "fluffy". Strange for a product at this price, the label was thrown away, so it was difficult to return it. Not very encouraging for a second order. Best regards David MUTIN

The use of large threads of this material will form clumps in different places, which will give this "pilled" appearance present on all 100% silk Stetson models. You can still return the product if it doesn't suit you (see link on the website).
