Top customer service, saved on delivery of our second order. The only downside is the size of the cap, which seems very small to me (uses the last two pins of the fastener), but I also have a big head :) The design of the Disney writing is very successful.
The final result is really beautiful, even better than on the configurator. Well done!

I have already placed an order on the Headict.com website Packaging ok, delivery ok....I had a sizing problem with a product and contacted customer service via e-mail and was offered a return (paid by headict) and a refund (coming soon). Customer service is very responsive.
I recommend them.

Hello, for my 1st cap with personification request, the side inscription is not straight (not horizontal): too bad because I often order custom. In short, I have to find another manufacturer if nothing is done. French know-how has disappeared. Thank you.
