I have not received the goods to date. They are not answering my e-mails. How can I get my money back? Or can I still expect a delivery at some point?

Hello, the goods were shipped on 29.06.18 and are still at customs in Switzerland. Customs can hold parcels for delivery outside the EU. We have no influence on this. Your email yesterday was answered immediately. Best regards from the Headict team

Hello, I've just received my order (correct exchange) except that where I'm not happy is that in your sales description it says "hat delivered in its Stetson box" ..... still nothing, just a circle of cardboard. When I asked for an exchange, I told you about it, but your customer service didn't take it into account, but I did. I don't think I can recommend you.
