Hello, It is indeed necessary for us to calibrate our machines and prepare the feasibility of the logo on software, these stages being long, we thus limit the quantity of these series to 10 specimens. I had a problem ordering my personal caps due to incorrect settings in the personalization software and in the end I have no commercial proposal to rectify the error other than to return the caps and pay the difference. I don't find this very commercial and professional.

The item which I ordered was delivered within a few days. However, because the size did not fit correctly I returned the article. That procedure resulted in high shipping costs and the package had to be sent to France by registered mail with Track and Trace code. The return communication was in English, the payment is still pending.
