The Stetson cap is beautiful, unfortunately the size is too big. I have returned it and am now waiting for a refund. I will definitely recommend you.

Product arrived faster than expected, was packaged very nicely and the cap itself is really super. It's even nicer than I expected, fits wonderfully and the quality is very good and sturdy. Absolutely recommended.

The package did not arrive within 48 hours as announced. I was out of town when it arrived. Fortunately I got it back without any problem when I came back. So 2 stars.
The hat is perfect, so 5 stars.
The customer service issue does not apply. I did like being able to track my parcel online. So 3 stars.
