I ordered two snapbacks... the delivery was fast but one of the caps is very creased. This should not happen with such an order. Anyone who wears caps knows that creases don't work at all.

We ordered a cap on Feb. 9 and it has still not arrived (March 1). The address on the package was incorrect whereupon we provided our address again (on Feb. 20). Then instead of our address, my husband's name was taken as the street name. The cap was then returned to France. Yesterday we received the message that it is on its way again. Hopefully it will arrive

I have been waiting two weeks now for my order of 2 New Era caps that should have been delivered within a few days (maximum). Contacted customer service twice without any response... A serious company, both in terms of delivery and choice, but I have one big problem concerning the return option. Beyond the fact that the return is at our expense, the fact of printing a sheet to be filled in by hand seems totally archaic. This point needs to be reviewed. I had a problem ordering my personal caps due to incorrect settings in the personalization software and in the end I have no commercial proposal to rectify the error other than to return the caps and pay the difference. I don't find this very commercial and professional.
