Delivery OK and on time, but I did not receive the right product, and to this day I have no news of the processing of my return. In my opinion, the communication regarding the delivery leaves much to be desired. In the tracking of the package one can only see, that the package is somewhere, but not when the package is likely to be delivered. The problem is that delivery times are not met. You announce on the site "product available", within 48 hours. Then, when you place your order on the site (March 4), they announce 10 days which turn into 2 weeks (parcel available on March 19). On the other hand, if you deliver in 15 days, say so clearly! Otherwise, you'll lose customer confidence.
