In accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale and return, available on the site, it is clearly stated that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
The error was not of our making, as we embroidered the hat with the lettering indicated on the order. As a result, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns against reimbursement, as you requested.
