The quality of the cap is good, but I have two snags on one of the embroideries, and some evening fabric is spilling out of the visor.

Both products were delivered quickly. Great packaging, returned 1 product due to too big.
Delivered the correct product within 10 days.
Too bad that the additional cost of returning was quite high. Also very unfortunate that many mails come in in French and not everything is convertible to Dutch.

super happy with my caps, the quality is good and the packaging too! as for collissimo it's as usual very average but well it's the post office I'm no longer surprised with them! it was my first purchase hard headict and it will not be the last.

Contrary to the announcement, the goods did not arrive after 5-7 days but only after 14 days. The cap fits well. However, I have to make the adjustment at the back larger than with other caps (other brands). That would then be a criterion for me not to buy another cap here.

To this day, I've never been disappointed, except for a slight problem on my last order where a child's cap was to be embroidered with a first name and upon receipt, no embroidery, awaiting a reply from customer service.
