I put 1 star because I could not not check anything but my opinion is "0" everywhere I placed order the 26.11 I have no order tracking, and especially I still have not received anything. I am very disappointed because to collect the money its never a problem.

Thank you for your order. As a Swiss resident, you are subject to customs duties and VAT. The necessary documents (CN23 form) are glued to the package and customs clearance may take up to 10 days beyond our control. Sincerely, The Headict team

I've already ordered several hats on HEADICT, but I have a comment on the sizes of some of them, in particular this Stetson hat in size 56/57 that I've just bought. It was delivered to me in 57 M and fits a little tight on my head, so it's a bit of a shame...because I'm a normal 57 and I prefer to be offered a specific size rather than between two sizes.
