Completely satisfied with the choice, delivery times and service. A small problem with the hat returned because of a material problem, but I'll recommend it with confidence. It would be interesting to develop a hierarchical system of felt qualities that would make it possible to know what is the quality of the felt of the hat chosen.

It's not a size 56 as requested. This hat is a bit large ( size M ) so I had to put a layer of paper in the brim.

The hat got stuck in Amsterdam and was not delivered. Finally through detours I could get in touch with the Dutch postal company DPD The hat could not be delivered because there was no house number. If I had not called, the hat would not have come. The hat is beautiful and size is good.

The caps are perfect, the only thing that bothered me was that DPD took the order to a delivery point because according to DPD I was not home. (However, I was home but they just didn't come by).

VERY disappointed by the Stetson I bought. Unworthy of being in the catalog of a prestigious brand such as Stetson.
This product is a VERY bad bargain, poorly finished, badly designed and too expensive for what it should be: good advertising and a sales argument for an entry-level or first-price hat.
It's easy to find something better and cheaper, and I did.

I gave 3 stars to Merchandise because you no longer put the caps in white cotton bags with the Headict.com logo. I placed an order for 10 caps, as a customer gift test, and I would have found it classy to be able to offer them to my favorite customers in a bag. There's always room for improvement.

This is a complete site, offering its customers products of the highest quality. The materials are carefully selected and the workmanship is beyond reproach. You could call them masters of their craft, meilleurs ouvriers de France. I only ticked one star for delivery, but that's not the fault of the site, it's just the Belgian post office... Just goes to show, no man is a prophet in his own country...
