Delivery time was ok, but the wrong cap was delivered. Goods paid for when ordering, so the retailer had all the guarantees. Nevertheless, delayed return shipment, as I should have proven the wrong delivery by photo (?) - The burden of proof lies with the retailer Instead of regret, however, mistrust towards the buyer. Still waiting for replacement delivery - the process is dragging on like chewing gum. Weak.

I'm a big hat enthusiast. Usually, I always buy in stores; but I found this site online and tried to buy a hat online for the first time (not for the rest). Nothing to say: fast, impeccable delivery. Just one small downside: hats need to be tried on, and mine is a little too big. Well, too bad :-(
