But I'm less satisfied with the hat itself. I've bought the same hat 3 times and it ends up losing its black color after a few months and I think that's a shame for a brand like Stetson and for the price.

No returns possible online, what a shame Having to have a printer to print out your returns form: bouhou.... and how do I make my return? request for a return exchange on another delivery address: be careful with the new address otherwise: customer service is TOP TOP: super acceuil, very warm and natural. The cap I ordered is very nice, delivery was on time, no worries. On the other hand, I was expecting to have some packaging with the cap, other than the box itself, as it was a gift. I had to wrap the box because I didn't have a box that would do the job.
