Delivery scheduled for December 28, finally received 1 week ahead of schedule. My order was handled incorrectly, but resolved very professionally by e-mail the next day. I ordered a cap with my own lettering. The lettering was to be engraved. The leather emblem was not sewn in the middle and the engraving was unclean and some letters were illegible. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I had expected much more.
