I can only rate you every time with 5 stars The item is totally to my liking, and I was able to give my husband great pleasure, and this in record delivery time .

I ordered two hats, one of which was too big. I returned one for a refund and ordered a new one the size down. The return was processed quickly and I received my new hat on time. The hats are great and the after-sales service is efficient.

Delivery: received on time, well packaged, however I find the postage quite high (20 of the price of the cap), if you order under 75e.
Merchandise: On my two personalized caps, one was redone because it had a defect and not the 2nd which also had a defect, too bad. In the end I'm still satisfied with the result, when the cap is successful.

The hat and cap were way too big, forcing me to return my order. This cost 16.40, which is way too much in my opinion for an online store. Hopefully you guys will do something with these comments.
