Perfect delivery. However, I'm rather disappointed with the product. The hat itself is fine, but the embroidery is rather crude and twisted on some of the letters... it's a real shame.

As far as the quality of the product is concerned, I am very satisfied. The handling (order acceptance, processing and the accompanying information) was very good. From a logistical point of view, my opinion of your service provider DPD is a complete disaster and impertinence. I've tested the "custom" made-to-measure products, the rendering is good and the quality of the products excellent. However, I was particularly disappointed to receive a "children's size" cap when no size selection was possible.
