Apart from the delivery, which I found a little long. I find that you have an excellent contact with your customers. And you respond very quickly. I'd also like to add that it wouldn't be bad to make logos without selling them by 10s. Keep up what you're doing. It's really great, the quality of your cap is top notch. Best regards.

Embroidery really very limit person of the incomprehensible soap I am left like that with defects on my cap really on Not even a commercial gesture to offer

Product was a "Stetson Trilby hat. Completely as described and well packed. The site promised a delivery date of max 3 days after purchase but this only arrived a week later. Replying to emails then with a comment regarding delivery date is apparently in its infancy.

Perfect, but with a downside: the cap has certainly been stored away for a long time, and as a result has a very bad, unsightly crease on the top of the head that's impossible to flatten. A real shame.

I can understand that shipping costs are charged to the customer for an item they don't buy, but paying 16.5 euros to replace it because it's not the right size, that sticks in my craw.
Having already bought a hat in size M, I went back for the same size, alas it wasn't the same brand.

Great product quality and customer service. However, I was disappointed by one of the six caps I ordered, which was not the trucker type. As these are customized models, there's no view of the side or back of the cap. So I had to recommend a seventh.

I am sorry, but I did not receive the product I ordered from the web shop, at least the color pattern was completely different than shown in the web shop.Meanwhile, the 'wrong' product delivered has been returned. My complaint about this was simply dismissed with the statement; "We confirm it is the good item. I wonder if something will be done about this.

According to Headict, the delivery was going to take 5-6 days. What I did not know and found very unfortunate is that it took almost three times as long. It came from France which apparently takes a very long time.... Was useful to know that you order in Dutch, (the contact in English) and the tracking code completely in French. Contact did take very long, as did the delivery. Cap was otherwise super
