VERY disappointed by the Stetson I bought. Unworthy of being in the catalog of a prestigious brand such as Stetson.
This product is a VERY bad bargain, poorly finished, badly designed and too expensive for what it should be: good advertising and a sales argument for an entry-level or first-price hat.
It's easy to find something better and cheaper, and I did.

I gave 3 stars to Merchandise because you no longer put the caps in white cotton bags with the Headict.com logo. I placed an order for 10 caps, as a customer gift test, and I would have found it classy to be able to offer them to my favorite customers in a bag. There's always room for improvement.

This is a complete site, offering its customers products of the highest quality. The materials are carefully selected and the workmanship is beyond reproach. You could call them masters of their craft, meilleurs ouvriers de France. I only ticked one star for delivery, but that's not the fault of the site, it's just the Belgian post office... Just goes to show, no man is a prophet in his own country...

Unfortunately disappointed, the frame on the front of the cap is not straight in 2 places, so I won't be able to wear it. The size of the cap should also be more clearly indicated on the site - unfortunately I ordered a child's size thinking it was an adult.
