Very pleased with mn purchase.What was a little unfortunate was that no cork came with the hat. This is standard with Stetson I understand.I still had extra from my previous so my new hat could fit exactly.

Paying for delivery, more expensive to be delivered on Saturday and only receive the items the following Wednesday is unacceptable. Very disappointed with the delivery.

Problem with the delivery and the fact of receiving emails telling me that my order has arrived + evaluation when I haven't received anything. Once the customer service was informed everything was back in order quickly so superb on this side. Thank you for the quick answers and the quality of the service (and the product of course).

I ordered two snapbacks... the delivery was fast but one of the caps is very creased. This should not happen with such an order. Anyone who wears caps knows that creases don't work at all.

Everything was very good, satisfactory and fast. Unfortunately, however, I would not order again as I have to pay the return costs myself. These are quite high in the case of a hat and the chance that it will be returned is quite high, as these are size-fitting items. In my case, unfortunately, the item doesn't fit at all.
