Fast, safe delivery. Unfortunately, the goods were dirty. Customer service asked for an immediate refund of the purchase price as a gesture of goodwill, as a replacement delivery was not possible. I am satisfied so far.

The cardboard box the cap was shipped in was partially broken. And there was a white strap (tie-rip)missing around the box. Product itself was whole.

I made an exchange because the bowler hat was too small and now I've just received the parcel and the big joke is that you've delivered a top hat when I asked for the same bowler hat in a larger size. I'm not going to pay delivery charges again because you've sent me the wrong product. What solution do you suggest?

Hello I ordered CGXTQQRPZ the 05.02.2018 a beret 504wool red, unfortunately for me the item was too big, I made the request to exchange no problem but it cost me 8.65 return shipping plus 10 because the purchase was more expensive. The beret cost me in the end 63.15 too expensive for me.Pensez not pay the return shipping.

Delivery announced for Feb 14. The deliveryman claims to have given the parcel to the janitor of my building against signature on Feb 15 when the lodge was closed...following my call the deliveryman launched an inquiry...my parcel was finally delivered on Feb 17 without further information or apology.

I was very worried when the parcel arrived, because it was damaged and open, and the items were easy to reach and steal. Perhaps the absence of a "serflex"-style tie explains this condition? Fortunately, the entire order is intact, and the items meet our expectations and descriptions.

Delivery doesn't just depend on Headict. The parcel was delivered 48 hours late after "a sorting error". This is a great pity for a colissimo, especially as the order had been programmed according to the delivery time. The order was for hats for my sister, who was leaving for the mountains on Saturday 10/02. The hats arrived after her departure.

I chose the 48h home delivery and therefore paid 3 euros more for nothing since order made on Thursday morning received the following Monday ... announced for Saturday. Apart from that, the product is perfect.

Delivery good. Good packaging and so on. I did find a delivery time of 5 working days a bit long.Product (Stetson flat cap Belfast) good. However, after proper measuring and ordering the corresponding size, it turned out to be very large (fell over my eyes). Service good; soon after receiving the cap at Headict a size smaller was sent. Disadvantage: track and trace returned at own cost.
