I ordered an item at the beginning of December but it didn't arrive (distribution problem), so I had to call Headict again to get a replacement. In conclusion, customer service is a little slow to react to problems, but otherwise the item is perfect.

Actually quite good. A few gaps in the embroidery. Not quite neatly done. Looks quite good from a distance. Not so good up close.

Nice hat arrived after a week... Customer service was very responsive and as soon as they were informed, the delivery problem was resolved within 24 hours. What's more, they made a commercial gesture to apologize for the delay. In short, super: serious and starting!

I was surprised that I ordered from a .nl and the follow-up page was all in french, fortunately the page was translatable. Shipping was extremely fast. Nice quality of the product. I will place another order soon and will not fill the review again after that.

The Barts hats I ordered are fine, but I'm extremely disappointed by the personalized cap. It looks really cheap. The finish is not nice and the final result is not good enough. For the price I paid, I was expecting an impeccable product like the New Era ones. My Christmas present is a failure My brother will never wear it

One cap out of the 3 doesn't fit the size it's way too big, wearing it I relied on the information on the site .... I think the correspondence tourvde size / cap size is not good, otherwise for the rest it's perfect.
