An e-mail with your tracking link was sent to you on 2/05 as well as an SMS when your parcel arrived at the Chronopost relay point. Good quality hat that meets the description on the website. Delivery after six days. Handled first in France by Chronopost and later transferred to DPD NL. Neatly packed. There was no response to an email from me that I had not received an email confirmation of the order. So when ordering better to create an account directly, at least you will find the invoice there.
