My personalized cap is great quality, exceeded my expectations, only the product was delivered 21 days after the order was placed, very disappointing when it is the birthday present (it said 7-10 days not 3 weeks)

The embroidery is perfect. Too bad the cap itself is of poor quality. If you were to improve your excellent proposal, you could allow the choice of font per word and not per line (I don't like one letter on ALL the embroidery and would have liked to change it). With this font option and better cap quality, you deserve 20/20.

Every year I order a personalized cap for my boyfriend as a gift with his initials and age. Some years the cap is stitched better than others. Often the colors on the website don't quite match the actual e colors either. Some caps have a green bottom, this can sometimes clash with your cap color choice. Despite these little things, I really like the concept of the cap.

it would be a good idea to distinguish between WOMEN'S and MEN'S cap sizes, as the one I received is a little too big to be held elegantly over the ears, despite the tightening at the back. we don't have the same head height!
