Hello, the site is very practical to consult, but I was surprised to find that, unlike the WOOLRICH, the other cap is not as firm. I would have found it useful if this detail had been mentioned.
Living in Canada, I saw that the prices were in American, so I thought I was ordering from the USA. I was very surprised to be charged European exchange rates. Nicole B

A serious company, both in terms of delivery and choice, but I have one big problem concerning the return option. Beyond the fact that the return is at our expense, the fact of printing a sheet to be filled in by hand seems totally archaic. This point needs to be reviewed. And maybe propose a return in point Relay? Otherwise nothing to say about the sales service itself.

Very good quality product, attractive price and fast delivery It's a pity that the customer has to pay for the return postage, for a product costing 10 it's not profitable at all for the customer.

The final rendering of the logo on the cap was slightly out of sync with the order. Headict reacted very quickly to solve the problem. Very good customer service. Excellent responsiveness. Very professional.
