Product missing after ordering, but replaced after discussion with after-sales service.
PS: in this kind of case, a small gesture (not necessarily financial) would be even better to compensate for the product ordered but finally unavailable. In short, don't hesitate, it's a good box made in Yaute too!

Unique that my favorite stetson cap was still available to order from you guys. Shipped quickly, glad to receive it soon. I think it was sent with a DPD daughter and DPD is so bad in its service, that I 'found' my package by coincidence at a service point when I went by for another package...Both were not even offered at my home address, but dumped at the service point without notice.
