2nd time I've ordered You were super responsive to the after-sales service on the first order Product conformed and sent quickly by yourself Even if it's not your fault, the Colissimo service from La Poste is just a disaster. Over a week for delivery in Paris. Impossible for me to find the relay point in the 2nd arrondissement (a monoprix!).

Unfortunately the first order took a very long time. The items I ordered were different in size so I had to return them. The postage was 13 and I was charged another 9 for the exchange and the associated new postage. The bottom line is. I have paid a total of 31 in postage costs for one order and one exchange and will order elsewhere in the future.

Hello, according to our return conditions, the customer pays the return costs. As your address is in Austria and not in Germany, the shipping costs are considerably higher. However, we have covered the shipping costs for the exchange. It was not charged. Best regards from the Headict team.
