Cap received too big (58cm measured for head size but on the site 58-59 so size L so too big. To be clear, you need a 56-57, i.e. size M, when you're a 59. Size chart to be reviewed.
The brand's metal label arrived damaged.
In both cases, it's not my fault, but I still had to pay for the return... The return policy should be reviewed...

The customer service is excellent. My inquiry was processed very quickly and my personal request could also be implemented without any problems and at no extra charge. The product is also excellent. Unfortunately, delivery with DPD did not work particularly well. I am still receiving messages saying that my parcel has been deposited in the parcel store. Although the parcel was delivered to me personally...

Wide and distinctive assortment, quality brands. Only slightly longer delivery time but that can be brushed away considering we are tremendously spoiled today. Headict gets a 4/5 from me.

I've already ordered several hats on HEADICT, but I have a comment on the sizes of some of them, in particular this Stetson hat in size 56/57 that I've just bought. It was delivered to me in 57 M and fits a little tight on my head, so it's a bit of a shame...because I'm a normal 57 and I prefer to be offered a specific size rather than between two sizes.
