Order error: hat a little big and brim too wide (I already had a beige Bailey jacman with 1cm less brim and size 56 that fit me better but stained and worn that I wanted to renew) The one received is the same felt but too big no big deal I cut the link dc I am obliged to keep

Hello, I have just picked up the package for my order 299788 and the contents do not match. I had ordered a Hester copper hat and instead I received a brown wool Stetson hat with a feather, reference 2528101. We ordered a second time from Headict for personalized caps for our Electro Music band, but noticed that one of the 20 caps we bought was a slightly different color, and another had a blackened rubbing mark. Of course, the rest are still of high quality.

Please never use DPD as a shipper in Germany again. A complete mess. Delivery took a week after the first announcement. You are lied to and put off. Even if it's not your fault, it's your shipper's fault

I bought two hats, the first ( Panama Christys) is very very good there I am very satisfied, the second (Modissima Harvey Beaver) clearly has some visible defects in the felt ( dark, hollow, dots). Communication is good but I got emails in English to Dear without last name, Does not seem nice. All in all I am satisfied and will buy again.
