The cap I ordered is not the one I would have liked to have. It is different in visor size and cap height, even though I have the "same" model.

The cap fastener is really very average .... not up to the standard of the cap and embroidery. For the price and regular use, it's a real shame; I'm going to change it for a snackback.

It's a shame to have to pay shipping and return costs. And as far as I'm concerned, it's been 2 tries and I can't find the right size. So not for my head. I'll have to find a real store so I can try first. That doesn't take away from the choice and quality of the website.

Nice delivery time. One of the caps has a forest green underside. I chose the pink cap top without knowing that the bottom would be green. Had I known, I wouldn't have bought it. It was my main cap for advertising... Very disappointed.

Delivery gave problems due to the chosen delivery driver. Is unrelated to Headict but makes one feel worse. Cap looks neat. Bag around it makes the "expensive" not feel cheap.

Apart from the delivery, which I found a little long. I find that you have an excellent contact with your customers. And you respond very quickly. Perfect, but with a downside: the cap has certainly been stored away for a long time, and as a result has a very bad, unsightly crease on the top of the head that's impossible to flatten. A real shame.
