I just thought that the cannotier would be a little rounder, but I'm very satisfied with the merchandise, the shipment is careful, I haven't had time to use the hats yet, but it all seems very promising. I'm a big hat enthusiast. Usually, I always buy in stores; but I found this site online and tried to buy a hat online for the first time (not for the rest). Nothing to say: fast, impeccable delivery. Just one small downside: hats need to be tried on, and mine is a little too big. Well, too bad :-(

Cayler&sons used to supply its products in a "box", that was classy, now it's not..... Too bad. Information about returned products leaves much to be desired .....forcely there is none.

I ordered a Stetson panama hat for a gift, on the website the hat is described (and illustrated) as delivered in an original packing box, yet I received it without any box, stacked with a second hat I bought. It goes without saying that my gift is not presentable; customer service is unwilling to make any effort, while the information on the website is clearly erroneous...
