The order went well, the delivery was on time and that's all to your credit, but imagine my surprise when I went to pick up my parcel at the post office and they charged me an extra 20.00 if I wanted to take possession of my parcel because customs had opened it. So I think it would be correct of you to warn the customer of these inconveniences (so not 7.- but 27.-).

As Switzerland is independent of the European Union, it is subject to import/export laws. When goods are imported into Switzerland, VAT is normally calculated on the basis of the invoice price of the goods and all costs incurred up to the point of destination.

Hello, Would it be possible for you to deduct the amount of taxes (vat) on my orders because I have to pay them a second time on arrival in New Caledonia on the amount including VAT. i don't know what happened with the delivery but the cap is totally spoiled and doesn't look good. i'm really a bit disappointed that it was delivered in a thick envelope instead of a package.
