You placed your order on Friday in the middle of the afternoon, and it was prepared and dispatched on Monday (if you place your order before 2pm during the week, it is dispatched the same day!). Our partner Chronopost is not meeting its usual delivery times, i.e. 2/3 days (24-hour delivery is also available).

hello, you placed an order on our site on 1may (bank holiday), it was dispatched on 2/05 and delivered to a Chronopost relay point on 5/05. An e-mail with your tracking link was sent to you on 2/05 as well as an SMS when your parcel arrived at the Chronopost relay point. Good quality hat that meets the description on the website. Delivery after six days. Handled first in France by Chronopost and later transferred to DPD NL. Neatly packed. There was no response to an email from me that I had not received an email confirmation of the order. So when ordering better to create an account directly, at least you will find the invoice there.
