Online I had added an embroidery at the back, this was not visible in the order confirmation, but I didn't think anything of it... Unfortunately the embroidery was missing on the goods, although it would have been a nice detail The caps and the embroidery are very well made The delivery was uncomplicated and fast

As stated in my previous correspondence, delivery is out of the advertised 20 days. Customer service is not always responsive. I can't rate the merchandise because I went away for the weekend to the place where I was supposed to offer the cap, which may have arrived today. The problem is that the image you get when you choose the product on the website does not correspond to the final product. I received a black and orange FLUO cap... I thought it was a normal orange. The work on the cap is well done, the delivery in its fabric pocket fantastic and fast. I would have thought that the embroidery would be much thicker and more opaque than this. If it's feasible in terms of cost and technique, think about canvas caps, as the wool look doesn't make the cap look elegant, or even "worn" I think.
