You know very well that you need foam between each hat so as not to deform it during shipment and also during storage, so why didn't you put this foam with my hat? I was at home on the day of delivery and the driver didn't even ring. I simply received a text message telling me that in my "absence" the parcel had been dropped off at a relay point a long way from my home. TNT sent me back to Headict, with no reimbursement of shipping costs to date. To be avoided.

Yes, I'm satisfied, because I had originally made a mistake with my order and so I contacted your customer service department, who answered the phone even though it was past closing time. I just haven't been reimbursed yet... I'm still waiting. Thank you, I'm very happy with my purchase.

The order was carried out perfectly, the tracking of the parcel allowed me to know where and when the goods were and what's more, I didn't need to go to the post office as the parcel went into the letterbox.
