Very extensive collection! Clear site with good filter options. What is not immediately clear is that the products come from abroad (France I believe) so shipping takes longer than you normally expect with a NL site.

Every year I order a personalized cap for my boyfriend as a gift with his initials and age. Some years the cap is stitched better than others. Often the colors on the website don't quite match the actual e colors either. Some caps have a green bottom, this can sometimes clash with your cap color choice. Despite these little things, I really like the concept of the cap.

The delivery status information is insufficient. It did not correspond to the actual status of my order. When I followed the IMXpostal link, it said there was a problem with my order, but I received it a few hours later. This was a pleasant surprise in my case, but could be more problematic in others. it would be a good idea to distinguish between WOMEN'S and MEN'S cap sizes, as the one I received is a little too big to be held elegantly over the ears, despite the tightening at the back. we don't have the same head height!

Great articles, although a bit expensive overall. Lots of choice, but the site isn't very clear... not always easy to find what you're looking for when you want, in my case, "blank" caps, i.e. without a logo. So the search was a bit hazardous in my case.

5.50 EUR shipping costs for a cap, then you have to fill out the return form by hand and pay the return costs yourself, others can do that better.

I am satisfied with headict although my last order was wrong which happens I had the right to 1 nice commercial gesture. I recommended them right away and when I made a mistake, I called the Sav who did what was necessary. I'm now waiting for my new personalized caps.

Delivery slightly delayed due to the flooding, but absolutely fine. Goods very good. Customer service not to satisfaction. Initially, the link to track the shipment did not work. To this day (almost a week later) there has been no response to my email to customer service - that is not customer service for me. However, the link worked again later.
