It took over 3 weeks before I got my ordered cap. I contacted customer service several times, who first sent me the wrong link from another customer.
The quality of the product is fine and after more than 3 weeks of delivery, I am satisfied with the quality though.

Very well done site. As my order had not been received after 12 days (the maximum time indicated was 10 days), I sent an e-mail to ask about my delivery. Customer service replied the next day explaining the problem and was able to send me my order within 2/3 days. They were very reactive, taking into account my problem and solving it quickly. The cap is great!

Choice is plentiful, it must be said. Ordering online was difficult because of that. Still did and the choice turned out well. Size apparently went well because the cap fits. Ordering itself no problem, only the delivery takes more than a week and that's quite long for 2021. But 4 out of 5 is certainly to be appreciated.

Dutch website, but products from France so had to wait almost 2 weeks while it says 'immediately available'. Not incorrect but misleading. Then return very complicated and shipping for own account. Also good to know: only if you exchange within 7 days you get a refund. This makes ordering from a giant more attractive...

My advice -> better track and trace. I got 2 times a mail regarding the delivery of the caps only it is never updated... I only see now the post nl mail which says the caps will be delivered today. Order 28 may delivery 8 june that is 10 days. Product is fine and if you have any questions regarding the delivery they respond quickly -> fine. Gr, Rob

Hello, It's 15 days later and I still haven't received my order. It's apparently still being shipped to Belgium... so I don't even know when I'll receive it. I'm quite disappointed with this situation. I can't yet assess the quality of the product, which I hope to receive shortly. Customer service is reactive but remains very high level in the face of the problems encountered.
