Satisfied with the products despite a price for a personalized snap' which, in my opinion, is perhaps a little excessive.
Customer service that responds very quickly to emails.
The only downside was an out-of-date discount code, received over a year or two ago (following an error by the site on a product), and which was valid for a limited time. What a pity, because the error wasn't mine!

Unfortunately, the parcel was sent by a third-rate parcel service provider. They didn't manage to get to the specified delivery address and instead left the delivery at a store 5 km away without notifying me. It was only by chance that I found out where my parcel had gone on a French tracking site. It is a cheek to have to pay shipping costs for this as well
