You know very well that you need foam between each hat so as not to deform it during shipment and also during storage, so why didn't you put this foam with my hat? Why no cork delivered with the shipment? our competitors deliver cork and foam... come on guys, make an effort, I wear a lot of hats and that's not good Mehdi!

I was at home on the day of delivery and the driver didn't even ring. I simply received a text message telling me that in my "absence" the parcel had been dropped off at a relay point a long way from my home. TNT sent me back to Headict, with no reimbursement of shipping costs to date. To be avoided.

I was satisfied with my first order because I received the package on time and my credit card was charged correctly. I am not at all satisfied with my second order. I placed my order on 23.12.2015 and never received my package. Today is 02.03.2016 and still nothing.

Late delivery

I ordered a customizable snapback with a green underside, but I received an all-black cap and the typeface is small compared to the one on the site. Big disappointment.

The parcel arrived within 24 hours but not at home, the TNT service is incompetent, given that they always drop the parcels off at the relay services, citing absences from home Customer service cannot be reached by telephone? Very poor rating

no i received the jacket but some buttons are missing bad quality

Package shipped very late, customer service unable to make up for the delay, did not call back even though they should have after asking... Embroidery on personalized caps not up to scratch... My previous orders were of far better quality. Not sure I would recommend...
